Permaculture Map: Projects, Farms and Communities in Europe

Explore a growing map of permaculture projects, farms, and communities across Europe. The European Permaculture Network (EuPN) brings together a wide range of initiatives — from local gardens and learning spaces to larger regenerative farms and ecovillages.

Whether you are looking to visit a permaculture site, connect with like-minded people, or discover projects near you, this map offers an entry point into the European permaculture landscape.

The map is built by the community itself. Each place is added by the people behind it, making the directory a living, decentralised resource that reflects what is actually happening on the ground.

Many of these places are run by experienced teachers — explore the teacher directory or find upcoming courses and events.

If you are part of a permaculture project, farm, or initiative, you can add it directly and become visible to others across Europe.

Contribute to the map. All you need is an account.

Our RaČitluk estate is located in the village of Čitluk, 10 km from Sokobanja, surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Devica, Ozren, Krstatac and Rtanj in Eastern Serbia. We moved to it in 2022 (it was purchased in February) and I must admit that it was extremely neglected.

Why add your permaculture project or place to the EuPN map?

  • Make your project visible: Share your permaculture project, farm, or community with people across Europe who are looking to visit, learn, or connect.
  • Connect with others: Your place becomes part of a wider network of teachers, practitioners, and projects — opening up possibilities for exchange and collaboration.
  • Document your work: Create a profile that reflects what you are doing on the ground and builds a visible track record over time.
  • Contribute to the bigger picture: The map is a collective effort. Each added place helps create a clearer picture of permaculture in Europe.
  • Simple to add: Creating a listing is quick and free — all you need is an account.

Something missing?

Do you know a permaculture project or place that is not yet on the map?

If it’s your own project, you can create an account and add it directly. Get an account and add your place. If not, feel free to share this page with them.
