Tom Henfrey

My current work cultivating the edge between permaculture and shamanic practice is part of a wider action inquiry I call Sacred Political Ecology, exploring spiritual and cultural dimensions of living in right relationship within nature.

My physical base is Quinta Sol na Eira, a 1.5ha rural smallholding near Tomar, central Portugal established as a permaculture project in 2022.

I am a diploma tutor with the British Permaculture Association and Academia de Permacultura Íbera. I also teach PDCs, introductory courses and a residential programme in Shamanic Political Ecology.
