Cath Sheldrick is a permaculture practitioner, educator, and writer based in Scotland. She works from Adrian’s Croft, a living learning site and the home of Living Lightly Worldwide, where practice, reflection, and teaching are closely interwoven. Her work focuses on permaculture thinking, observation, systems awareness, and decision-making within real social and ecological constraints. Alongside land-based practice, Cath has experience teaching in community and humanitarian contexts, including work in Jordan and Pakistan. She is particularly interested in how permaculture thinking supports critical reflection, care for people and place, and the development of thoughtful, context-responsive design practice
